The goal of EWS is to create a bridge between employers and job seekers in the education ecosystem. That relation allows employers to connect with job prospects to fill their open positions and also permit future employees to apply to jobs that match their qualifications. However, the process of hiring alone can be stressful for most employers who need to take care of their daily routines. So EWS has a peace of mind solution to ease employers – job hunters’ relation and minimize the stress.
Contractor-teacher:
Nowadays, getting rid of bad teachers is not an easy task for school districts and private schools because they are under contract for at least a year. Therefore, to fire a teacher who has not committed a punishable offense, schools have to wait till the end of the contract to hire a new replacement teacher. Moreover, they will have to prove that they’ve provided the teacher with adequate growth plan that did not give results.
With EWS’s contractor – teacher, you will not be stuck with any teacher at all. Once a teacher is hired for you, they will have 90 days to show result and satisfy the employer. If the requirements are not met, you will be sent another one at no cost to you.

Our guaranty:
With the exception of temporary positions, EWS guarantees its candidates for 90 days (3months). If within the 90 days period you’re not satisfied, we will send you another candidate at no extra cost to you. However, we’re so confident we’ll get the job done right the first time that there won’t be any needs for replacement.
